Content on this site is provided for general information about our bookkeeping services. It is not tax, legal, or investment advice.
Scope of services
Bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, and CPA preparation support are performed under a separate written engagement that defines scope, deliverables, and fees. We do not prepare or file tax returns.
Client responsibilities
Accurate books depend on timely access to bank statements, receipts, and account information. Clients are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the records they provide.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
Limitation of liability
Our responsibility is limited to the services described in your engagement agreement. We are not liable for decisions made from records that were incomplete or provided late.
Changes
We may update these terms as our services evolve. The version posted here is the current one.
